what can cause shooting pain in breast duringpregnancy? do they ever have stabbing pains? my breasts shouldn’t be associated withanything violent. nursing is symbolic of maternal care, nurturing and peace. pains like that may occur when your breastsfirst start growing, though it is rarely painful. what can i do about it? unfortunately, over the counter pain medsdon’t do much for sudden and intermittent pain. you really need support. i have a lot of friends.
i meant for your breasts. you need to weara supportive bra, since the weight of the growing breasts can strain things and increasethe odds of pain. that’s on my to do list. you may need a sports bra for adequate support, because jostling and bobbling while walking strains growing tissue. i get the point. you should also decrease your salt intake.your breasts can now act as a source of water retention, which increases their weight. as if my ankles weren’t bad enough.
if you have bad water retention, drink a lotof water and get a lot of exercise. you have to get those fluids going. they are going, though mostly to my feet. cut back on the salt, go walking at leasthalf an hour a day and keep your feet up. that’ll lessen water retention. but if it is accumulating in my feet and iput them up, won’t i end up with more in my breasts? hopefully it will go where it needs to go,your bladder. the only pain i was planning for was childbirth.pregnancy brings more lifestyle changes than
i thought it would. when you get the sharp stabbing pains, hotpads and ice packs can help. do i alternate them? try one, and if that doesn’t help, try theother. so i alternate until i find one that works. it’s different for every person. i’ll just talk to the doctor about painrelievers that are safe for the baby.
